Yoga for Stress & Overwhelm

A weekly yoga session designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and visualization, you'll be guided back to a place of grounded inner peace — learning to recognize and tap into the stillness within you, even in a constantly moving world.

These sessions are weekly on Mondays from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Malama i Ke Ola in Holualoa.

Private Yoga Classes

Maybe you're brand new to yoga and want to learn the basics without feeling lost in a group class. Maybe you're visiting the Big Island and want to keep your practice going while you're here. Or maybe you've been practicing for a while and just want more personal attention than a group setting allows.

Whatever brings you here, private sessions are shaped around you: your body, your pace, and whatever you're working with that day.

Available in-studio in Kailua-Kona or at your home or vacation rental. Pricing varies, please reach out below.

Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

As a certified yoga teacher and a yoga therapist in training, I work with individuals and small groups, both in person and virtually, offering supportive, personalized practices for those navigating symptoms of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Each yoga therapy session invites clients to reconnect with themselves through practices such as gentle movement (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), mantra and sound, meditation, and visualization.  Rather than fixing or forcing change, yoga therapy creates space to listen, restore balance, and support the body’s intelligence. Sessions are individualized and collaborative, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting a return to a more grounded and empowered state of being.  All are welcome, at any stage of their journey.

About Jackie…

Jackie is a certified yoga teacher and a yoga therapist-in-training based in Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. She found yoga in 2008 as a high school student, and it has been a guiding force in her life ever since. What began as a physical practice has evolved into a lifelong journey of balance, clarity, and connection—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

She earned her RYT-200 in Hatha Yoga from The Yoga Nest in Kailua-Kona in 2023 and is a Yoga Therapist-in-Training at Inner Peace Yoga Therapy. Her classes blend breathwork, asana, and meditation into steady, mindful flows designed to help students feel grounded, strong, and at ease.

Rooted in her love for yoga, Ayurveda, and the wonder of the natural world, Jackie aims to create a calm, welcoming space where all students can find balance—on and off the mat.
